I, the undersigned, agree and understand to the following terms and conditions.
1. Photographer is not liable for any colouring errors, print quality or cropping if not printed through the photographers recommended laboratory.
2. Photos will be available within 2 weeks from your session date, could be sooner these will be sent via email.
3. Photos are for digital download.
4. Client is responsible for downloading their images in a timely manner. The photographer cannot guarantee the images will be kept beyond a 3 month period.
5. Please note if you put photos on social media the photo quality drops.
6. Photographer has CCTV inside and outside the studio this can be covered if required this is only to protect myself, CCTV will be covered when changing nappys, breast feeding, getting dressed for maternity shoot etc.
7. No photos will be sent before full payment.
8. If session is mobile, session will not be recorded.
9. A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 is required to secure booking.
10. I, the photographer, have the right to cancel booking due to illness. If this happens we will reschedule.
By signing this agreement, the Client confirms that:
- They consent to photographs from the session or event being used by Zoe Cutler Photography for marketing purposes, including social media, the website, and promotional materials.
- The Client confirms they have obtained the permission of any individuals whose consent is required.
- They understand that flash photography may be used during the session or event and confirm they have no objections to its use.
- They will inform Zoe Cutler Photography, before the session or event begins, of any medical conditions, sensitivities, venue restrictions, family circumstances, or other issues that may affect the photography or the delivery of the service.
